A Train needs a id so all on the system know where is from, where it's going, what it generally carries and goes, how important it is. CSX and all other railway have their own train numbering system. Going through Lagrange we see mainly "M" trains."M" trains with even ending numbers go north. "M" trains with odd ending numbers go south.
we also see "X" trains that are basically extra trains that resemble some existing one, eg M205 and X205. "W" trains are usally special or MOW trains. "i" trains are intermodal trains that also have odd numbers sth and even number nth.
A train can be diverted and they form a curfew alt train, eg If i140 has to divert due to a curfew, we see it called i840.
